Creating stunning landscape photography is a significant but inspiring challenge, and one that I love.

Whilst ‘there are no rules for good photographs’ a good knowledge of locations, weather patterns, lighting, composition, ‘f’ numbers, and filters, amongst others, does help.

The dramatic landscapes and rugged coastline of North Northumberland are on my doorstep and provide an endless source of inspiration. I also regularly travel to the Lakes and West Coast of Scotland where I am forever trying to find the perfect composition and light conditions.
